We elect some people to lead. It's called democracy. People elected Tim Holding. He didn't lead. He just bitched.

The Government went to special effort to rescue Tim. Breaking out top-secret ADF spy planes to find him.
I can get a Gen II EPIRB for $450 at my local sport/fishing store. Tim's underwear cost more than that.
