Bono was a twat (and probably still is)

Bono invested in Pandemic Studios. Pandemic make “games” where you get to kill people and destroy property. But that’s OK, the people are only Latin Americans.

If you read the article, it repeatedly states that Bono is “unwittingly” involved in this debacle. I don’t know how anyone, not even Bono, can invest US $300,000,000 in a company without knowing what it makes. Especially as Pandemic are notorious for having previously won a US $65 million contract with the US Army to train soldiers in urban warfare techniques.

So, by investing US $300,000,000 in a warmongering software company, Bono is either a hypocritical twat or a half-wit.

PS, I forgot, there’s a publicity photo of a smugly grinning Bono meeting with the owners of Pandemic floating around somewhere on the web.
